Quick start

1. Create a repository

kestrel init /mnt/backup/repo
Enter new passphrase: ********
repository 3a9e0c created (format v4)

2. Take a snapshot

kestrel snap ~/Projects --exclude '**/node_modules' --exclude '**/.cache'

3. List and restore

kestrel ls
kestrel restore 7f3c91ae --target ~/restore --include 'Projects/site/**'

4. Keep it tidy

kestrel forget --keep-daily 7 --keep-weekly 4 --keep-monthly 12 --prune
